You know we are pleased with your service. I especially am since you made it so much easier for me (and explaining things to Ben). I had many opportunities to change agents when we took the property off the market. And I know you did not have to let us take it off the market. But I had confidence in you – and told that to the other agents. And I’m glad we did. I don’t know how quickly the property would have sold with another agent, but I thought you got it sold and at a acceptable price.
I will recommend you to my friends – I have already made one recommendation to a friend in Monterey Park. Hopefully, she will contact you in time. She’s had a bad experience already and needs someone like you to guide her.
