We wrote this letter in order to help anyone who is thinking about selling or buying a house. If your goal is to achieve the best result possible, the best advice we can give you is that you should seriously consider using Jenny Xu as your realtor.

We have bought and sold 6 properties so far using multiple realtors and our experience with Jenny has far exceeded all others. We initially called her because we kept hearing and seeing her name everywhere and wanted a market appraisal, even though we were not ready to sell. Jenny came with that understanding and still spent time to prepare full analysis package of our property. She spent time and gave advance without any pressure to sign with her.

We were so impressed with our initial meeting with Jenny, we called her a year later when we were more serious about selling. It was the best the move we made. She more than fulfilled everything she said she could do. I always hear people say that it’s the price that sells, not the realtor. Not with Jenny, she sold our house for more than other houses up for sale in our neighborhood (even when they were priced lower) and she did it in less than two weeks (also closed escrow in less than 30 days). Your realtor needs to have knowledge of the current market and most importantly access to a large list of potential buyers. We would have made the mistake of selling for a lot less if we had listened to others and would have been unknowingly happy. It shows the integrity of Jenny in that she could have priced it lower for a quick sale, but instead she made sure we made the most possible. She also helped us to not overpay when looking to purchase the next house.

Due to work related relocation, we had to sell our beautiful home in Diamond Bar. Considering the current real estate market, my wife and I were very concerned about the timing of this sale. Hence we did our due diligence on choosing the right real estate agent– we interviewed a few agents and finally selected Jenny Xu to represent us.

We were really happy that we chose Jenny as she is meticulous. Her follow through is impeccable– When she gives her words, you can count on them. Between the time we listed the property and the closing the escrow we were traveling quite a bit including a trip to India and a trip to East Coast. It did not matter to Jenny that we were 13 hours ahead of California when we were in India.

Jenny called us many times when we were in India to give us timely updates. We almost sold the home on the day we listed the property; however, the deal did not go through for no fault of Jenny. Unfortunately the buyer lost her job and the buyer withdrew the offer. Jenny worked so tirelessly and systematically to find a buyer and closed escrow within the timeline that we set for move, which was very aggressive.

To make the long story short, if we move back to Southern California, we will hire Jenny as our real estate agent in a nanosecond. We highly recommend Jenny Xu if you are looking for a no- nonsense real estate agent one who under- promise and over- delivers.

Jenny was the selling agent for our home in West Covina in November 2009. Our house was in the $1.25 million market which was severely depressed at that time.

Jenny was not only the listing agent but became the buyers’ agent as well. Seemed like no other agent in the area could come up with a qualified buyer.

Jenny had to manage and coordinate a difficult three property transactions including the house we were buying out of state. In the end, all three properties closed on time within a five day period.
