At the Listing appointment:

1. List of just sold homes within a year in your neighborhood
2. Provide a estimate of your home value
3. List all the homes that are currently for sale in the neighborhood.
4. Discuss the current real estate situation in your area
5. Give a helpful tips on how to make your home look like a model home
6. Provide a Marketing Campaign to attract as many buyers as possible

Before your house on the market, I will prepare the following:

1. Take pictures of your house and write up a description of your house

3. Install “For Sale” sign with the flyer box holder
4. Submit Newspaper, Magazine & Internet Advertisement

List your home on the Internet and “Multiple Listing Service”

Select your home as the “Feature Home” and “Showcase home” so it can be seen by internet user before they see any other home

1. Direct calling to potential buyer
2. Direct E-mail the flyer to potential buyers
3. Call agents who have previously showed your home and ask for their buyer’s comments and thoughts
4. Discuss the agents feedback with you
5. Inform you which neighbor has decided to sell their home after you listed yours
6. Obtain offers from Qualify Buyers
7. Open Escrow
8. I will be monitoring the escrow and title process diligently to make sure everything goes smooth and on-time
