It is not everyday that you come across someone who is a pleasure to work with. Due to work related relocation, we had to sell our beautiful home in Diamond Bar. Considering the current real estate market, my wife and I were very concerned about the timing of this sale. Hence we did our due diligence on choosing the right real estate agent– we interviewed a few agents and finally selected Jenny Xu to represent us.
We were really happy that we chose Jenny as she is meticulous. Her follow through is impeccable– When she gives her words, you can count on them. Between the time we listed the property and the closing the escrow we were traveling quite a bit including a trip to India and a trip to East Coast. It did not matter to Jenny that we were 13 hours ahead of California when we were in India.
Jenny called us many times when we were in India to give us timely updates. We almost sold the home on the day we listed the property; however, the deal did not go through for no fault of Jenny. Unfortunately the buyer lost her job and the buyer withdrew the offer. Jenny worked so tirelessly and systematically to find a buyer and closed escrow within the timeline that we set for move, which was very aggressive.
To make the long story short, if we move back to Southern California, we will hire Jenny as our real estate agent in a nanosecond. We highly recommend Jenny Xu if you are looking for a no- nonsense real estate agent one who under- promise and over- delivers.

Jenny was the selling agent for our home in West Covina in November 2009. Our house was in the $1.25 million market which was severely depressed at that time.
Jenny was not only the listing agent but became the buyers’ agent as well. Seemed like no other agent in the area could come up with a qualified buyer.
Jenny had to manage and coordinate a difficult three property transactions including the house we were buying out of state. In the end, all three properties closed on time within a five day period.
