We wrote this letter in order to help anyone who is thinking about selling or buying a house. If your goal is to achieve the best result possible, the best advice we can give you is that you should seriously consider using Jenny Xu as your realtor.
We have bought and sold 6 properties so far using multiple realtors and our experience with Jenny has far exceeded all others. Your realtor needs to have knowledge of the current market and most importantly access to a large list of potential buyers. We would have made the mistake of selling for a lot less if we had listened to others and would have been unknowingly happy. It shows the integrity of Jenny in that she could have priced it lower for a quick sale, but instead she made sure we made the most possible. She also helped us to not overpay when looking to purchase the next house.
