West Covina

The City of West Covina is a residential community, with commercial centers interspersed throughout the city.  The city is relatively large with over 100,000 residents and is comprised primarily of middle-class single-family homes; however, the South Hills section of West Covina is a very prestigious and affluent neighborhood where you will finda plethora of multi-million dollar luxurious homes.   Although West Covina has its own school District, the South Hills community is served by the Covina Valley Unified Schools District, which includes Mesa Elementary and South Hills High Schools,the envy of the other areas of the city.  In addition, there are many top-class private schools nearby.The City also features two major shopping plazas, the South Hills Country Club (Golf and Tennis), the West Covina Sportsplex, a very large Los Angeles County Public Library, and there are top-class Equestrian centers nearby.
